As part of the ongoing expansion and improvement of Back Office Team, we are looking for 2 Document Management Operator

The ideal candidate interested in joining a young, structured, dynamic and innovative organizational context and will be responsible for the following tasks briefly summarized below:

  • Check documentation;
  • Document typology classification;
  • Archiving and data entry;

Necessary requirements:

  • Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian;
  • Good use of the Office package, Internet and e-mail;
  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Previous experience in similar positions at least 2-3 years;
  • Able to work in a team but also individually;
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills;

The ability to integrate easily into a new project team and the aptitude for problem solving complete the profile.
