As part of the ongoing expansion and improvement of Back Office Team, we are looking for 2 Document Management Operator
The ideal candidate interested in joining a young, structured, dynamic and innovative organizational context and will be responsible for the following tasks briefly summarized below:
- Check documentation;
- Document typology classification;
- Archiving and data entry;
Necessary requirements:
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian;
- Good use of the Office package, Internet and e-mail;
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- Previous experience in similar positions at least 2-3 years;
- Able to work in a team but also individually;
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
The ability to integrate easily into a new project team and the aptitude for problem solving complete the profile.
